Grading season is underway, and it's been brilliant to see everyone honing and presenting their new skills – even more brilliant to see people being awarded a new belt for their hard work and determination! Huge congratulations on your success and I can't wait to see the club photos and awards. Don't forget to thank your instructors and training partners, they're a massive part of your journey too. Also, let's pass on our thanks to the examiners for travelling around the country and giving up their weekends to run gradings. Personally, I think gradings are an important element of our style. It's where we test you physically, mentally and put your newfound skills under pressure in a safe environment. As examiners, all we ask is that you give your all and try your best. Now onto the next goal! In my last newsletter and on my travels, I've been asking for feedback (feedback@jitsufoundation.org) and we've received some great responses so far. Some things we were already aware of, other things we weren't. It's all being collated and the relevant people are looking into it. I'll be giving you more information on this and further updates at our first Virtual Town Hall on the 6th April from 19:00 till 20:00. The agenda for the call is as follows: Introductions to the Chair and Boards
Update on the Growth Project

Then a month after that, I'm looking forward to seeing hundreds of you at the #Randoris2025 in Birmingham. As always, it's going to be an amazing weekend of training and competitions with a great social lined up too. If you see me, please don't hesitate to say hi! Once again, congratulations on your new belts and thank you to our training partners, instructors and the examiners. We couldn't do it without you! See you soon, Eric Law
