I hope you've had a great summer and you're fully recharged for the year ahead.
As the new season begins, I want to wish you all the best with recruitment this year. Growing our membership is vital to the strength, growth, and future of TJJF. Every new member brings fresh ideas, enthusiasm, and energy to our community. I can't wait to meet our new jitsukas, especially at Atemi Nationals on the 21/22 November in Sheffield.
Speaking of national events, don't forget that we have moved the Winter Dan Gradings forward to December 19th in Birmingham. So, if you're a candidate, submit your nomination forms to the Promotions Board by next Wednesday, 30th September. Those wanting to support the candidates and join the celebrations should come to the course, which is open to all grades.
Don't stop sharing images and videos on the social media platforms. They're amazing. I love seeing what everyone is doing, on and off the mat - it gives me a massive buzz. I'll keep liking and sharing using the official TJJF accounts. If you want to get involved, speak to your committee or instructors about how you can help.
Once again, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and continued support. I am confident that with your commitment, we will have a very successful year ahead.
Wishing you all the best with your recruitment efforts.
